What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100–300 pcs per style/color, depending on yarn type and knitting complexity. We also offer flexible low-MOQ production for initial custom trial orders.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We provide full-service OEM (manufacturing strictly to your Tech Pack or sample) and ODM (our design team provides trend concepts, pattern optimization and style adaptation).
What is the lead time and cost for custom samples?
Standard sampling takes 7–10 days with in-stock yarns; 14–20 days for custom dyeing. Sample fees are typically 2–3x bulk price and 100% refundable upon bulk order placement.
What certifications do your yarns and factory hold?
Partner yarn suppliers hold OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, GOTS and GRS certifications; our factories are BSCI / WRAP compliant.
What payment and shipping terms do you support?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment or against B/L) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Shipping via EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP door-to-door.
